where are you located?
We are located in Freighthouse square also known as Freighthouse station, you cannot access us from inside the building. our doors are located across the street from the car entrance to the pierce transit parking garage. (which is free to park in.) if you get lost and still can't find us don't hesitate to call us at (253)223-3256

What age groups are allowed?
our rooms are family friendly despite the creepy nature of our name, we encourage folks of all ages to come try our games.
How many people can join a session?
Our minimum group size is 3 and our largest group size is 12 people, only in our underground escape room. 8 people is our max in Tomb of the Forgotten.
How do I get clues in the room?
Due to the fact we are in a really old wooden building,(at least 120 years old!), and the fact our layout is a bit confusing; you will have a volunteer in the room with you the whole time to ensure your safety, they also give you clues!
I can't get the groupon to work?
we recently launched a new groupon campaign, there's a chance you have a groupon from the old campaign that doesn't work on our booking site. don't worry, our friendly volunteers will happily help you fix that if you call us at (253)223-3256
